Anky is a systemic therapist who has been working with Nature of Mind practices for over four decades.

She has worked in this field for more than four decades. She found her calling with Systemic Constellations, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

She draws from these traditions to facilitate subtle psychic movements to shift dysfunctional coping habits towards new possibilities with more authentic self ‘on board.’ These movements allow the autonomic nervous system to come back ‘home,’ and enables the rediscovery of inner peace and chuckles again.
