Anky has been a therapist for over four decades. She works with the subtle body communication that manifests in the nervous system as either healthy responses or as survival reactivity.
By learning to sense these subtle forms of habitual information, we can work with these habitual patterns, reprocess the negative memories held in the body, and increase our sense of humor.
Attuning to our subtle, seemingly subconscious, interactions, we can listen to somatic sensations to align with our true intentions. This tends to reorient our sense of self, improve closer connectedness to others and the quality of our being-in-the-world.
